Hi again, everyone! It has been a while since my last post but I decided to begin 2016 off the right way. Or at least TRY LOL. Anyhoo....what is best way to begin the year...it is with one of my favorite "Little People". If you know me you know I love the kids so his being that his birthday was in January it fell right on time. So let me begin with my featured model for this Blog.
His name is Lennix Elijah Minardos but family and friends (including his photographer hehe hehe) like to call him Lenni Pooh. And hopefully by looking at him you can tell why. Just like him that nickname is so cute and I guess I will ride the train with everyone else calling him that until he gets older and asks us all to stop. LOL
Honestly, I am having a hard time facing the fact that little Lennix is already a whole year old. Do you know what 1-year-old birthdays mean? They mean Cake! And smashing cakes, of course, getting dirty, and having a little bit of fun.
Before I get to the adorable photos I know your looking for, I have to share pictures from baby Lennix's previous 6-month session. Lennix came in with his Big Brother SJ and boy did they have a ball. SJ took a moment to realize he had to share the camera with his baby brother but once he did the fun started. Look at him? Is he not the most adorable baby with the most beautiful eyes you have ever seen?! I just wanted to hug and love on him the whole time he was in the studio. Actually, I did hug and love on him most of the time, except when his Auntie keep highjacking him from me. LOL Anyway, I still cannot believe how fast the time has gone by! One thing though that has not changed though is that he is still a Cutie Pie!
Now before I shower you with more cuteness of Little Lennix let me share a few facts about him with you.
- At 11 months old he loves Banana's, Pear Juice, and The Disney Channel. Which probably is why mom choose Disney for the Birthday and Smash the Cake Theme.
- We waited patiently for him to begin walking but unfortunately he was only siting and crawling at the time of the shoot. UPDATE though he is walking now! And running lol
- He has the sweetest most calm personality you could imagine. He never got angry ever but I must admit he did cry after about 5 minutes of icing stuck to his fingers. (He didn't like the messy part that much)
- He is Spoiled Rotten in the BEST way ever! Well maybe not Spoiled Rotten more like "Very Much Loved".
And that, my friends, brings us to his ONE YEAR SMASH THE CAKE photos.
As you can see, Lennix thoroughly enjoyed his smash the cake session. Who wouldn't, have fun playing in cake right! He did cry for that brief moment but I promise he had a good time and he really did enjoy the cake. SN just not the sticky fingers.
Today was his Birthday Party and mom did an AWESOME job getting it all together. Mickey Mouse himself would have approved. I think Lennix did as well. At least to me he seemed to enjoy himself. Check him out in his decorated high chair.
Oh and here are a few cute candids of this little munchkin.
This milestone for Lennix and his family is over and I so enjoyed capturing each and every memory for them. Thanks so much Mom and Dad for letting me document one of your most valued treasures. I for one can't wait for the next milestone. HAPPY BIRTHDAY LENNIE POOH
